We're a Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company that's been in business for over 25 years.

We've recently partnered with JC Penney in Lombard, Naperville & Joliet.  We need a few outgoing people to work in the stores during peak business hours to help us set appointments for free in-home heating & cooling system replacement estimates.  

This opportunity pays $12 per hour OR commission, whichever is more. So if you get more appointments than your hourly, you'll get paid via commission. If you don't book as many appointments, you'll revert to the hourly pay. Commission is $40 for every appointment booked & ran. If it sells you get an additional $50. 

You're expected to work 40 hours a week in the peak hours of the store. You don't have to be at every store either. Whichever store is closer to you will be the one that you're assigned to. This includes working nights & weekends.

Your main responsibility is just to set appointments for free furnace or air conditioning systems.
