First off, thanks for taking the time to read this message.  My name is Justin Carrol and I own Perfect Home Services located in Lisle, IL.  I am searching for a residential HVAC salesperson to add to my team.  I plan to hire immediately to allow my business to continue its rapid growth rate.  I am looking for an extremely skilled and experienced salesperson who wants an opportunity to work with a team that is focused on providing the best client experience possible while growing their personal skill set, making great money and enjoying the ride.  The ultimate fit for this position will come with a proven track record of success in HVAC sales with at least $1M or more in residential HVAC sales.  


What I need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role
  • At least 1 year experience in the HVAC field
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Good driving record
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Ability to recommend what is in the best interest of the client and support that recommendation by educating the client
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

  • Asking customers lots of questions about their system, how they use it and what’s important to them
  • Providing custom flat rate replacement options to customers that will make sense to them based on what you’ve learned about their needs and wants
