We are a growing residential HVAC & Plumbing service company located in Lisle, IL and we have an immediate need for a Customer Service / Dispatch Manager to lead our team of Customer Service and Dispatch professionals.  We're looking for someone with previous supervisory experience, preferably in an inbound Call Center, who is looking for a company to call home.  We're a family owned company that's not interested in someone just looking for a job.  We're looking for someone who truly wants to be a part of an exceptional company and will help us lead our team towards extraordinary results. Direct industry experience is helpful but not required.  We'll happily train the right person to ensure their success!

What we need:

  • At least 2-years of experience in management
  • At least 2-years of experience in customer service
  • At least 2-years of experience in a sales based role
  • A strong track record of success in prior roles
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Ability to recommend what is in the best interest of the client and support that recommendation by educating the client
