Perfect Home Services is in search of an extremely talented individual who can help us to grow to the next level.  We've admittedly been stuck in a marketing rut throwing a bunch of money at Google PPC for the past few years as we watch our return on investment continually get worse.  We're ready to hire someone to take control of all company marketing.  We're in the HVAC, Plumbing & Water Treatment businesses.  We provide maintenance, repair & replacement of these systems to residential homeowners in the western suburbs.  We're looking for a Marketing Rockstar that has a proven background in PPC, SEO, SEM and is great with tracking and reporting ROI.  The right candidate will have about $440k budget to manage.

Salary Opportunity: Up to $60k/yr base wage with bonus opportunities for beating goals

Job Description

A successful candidate shall have demonstrated experience in B2C service oriented marketing, with an emphasis in online vehicles including search engine and social media marketing. Your involvement will be from concept to follow-through including creative, message, media and measurement. Experience in lead nurturing through CRM systems is highly beneficial. Your mission here will be to generate vibrant growth through cost effective tracking, acquisition and retention strategies. Knowledge of mobile marketing and other emerging technologies is a plus, but a willingness to learn is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a B2C lead acquisition and nurturing program.
  • Create product marketing, promotional and sales support materials that are consistent in their theme and message.
  • Partner with market development and sales leadership to build cross channel promotions and knowledge share.
  • Drive cost effective B2C traffic acquisition and retention strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate, display, and email programs.
  • Define and implement a social media presence through innovation and viral messaging.
  • Manage a consistent branding effort across audiences and channels.
  • Manage a series of outside marketing vendors including SEO vendor, creative, content/editorial, media buyer, and traffic acquisition/retention.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Report on campaigns and other tactics.
  • Research and recommend mobile marketing and other emerging go-to-market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge in B2C service oriented marketing, with an emphasis in online vehicles including search engine and social media marketing.
